As you may have guessed by now my name is Alex Kovacs. I currently live in the greater Boston area although I've spent a lot of time in Vermont, and Baltimore and have traveled to many places around the world.
When I'm not working on a new project you can catch me snowboarding or bike packing through the hills of Vermont, playing soccer, knee deep in the mud of a ceramics studio, volunteering in the Art Therapy room at St. Francis House of Boston, or obsessing over the tomatoes in my backyard garden. It's a lot of hobbies to keep up with but sitting still has never been my forte.

The Chin of Mount Mansfield. The highest point in Vermont just a short boot pack from the gondola. The closest I thing I can get to alpine skiiing without emptying my bank account for a plane ticket.
Normally I prefer a class 4 gravel road but I never remember to snap a video in those situations. Go figure!
Photogrammetry scan of one of my garden box from late this year. I grew lots of tomatoes, peppers, basil, mint, sage, and strawberries. I came into gardening recently but I can't imagine life without it.
